How do you take a screen shot using a compaq laptop?
I don't have a prnt scrn button, so if someone could tell me how, that would be really nice.

you do have a prt sc button it is located as part of the FN buttons Look for your Insert button there should be some blue letters along with the word insert nwo when you want to take a screen shot press Ctrl + fn + insert, when you are ready to paste the image press ctrl V

If you do not have a PRINT SCREEN button, then I would recommend a program like ZapGrab. Google ZapGrab and you will find many sites offering free downloads of this tiny 50kb application that works great.

Download a free application like X-Shot - it is very user-friendly and hides in your system tray until you need to use it.
