my compaq laptop power button keeps flashing blue when i on it the screen dont work either i got it from some people whats happened whats wrong help please!

if your laptop has no warranty than you open the laptop back cover where the ram is connected,please clear the ram slot & put it again it will be OK i think.if not OK you can bring the laptop to the service center.
