how do i enable tapping on a compaq laptop?
it worked the first day, this is the second day i've had it and now it doesn't. i looked up some things and this is what i did, control panel, mouse, device settings, settings..., + tapping, tap zones, and then i was supposed to click "Enable Tap Zones", but it's grey and it won't let me click it.. does anyone know how i can enable tapping on my laptop?

Well, there's this little button above the tap zone for me, and when it's orange it's disabled and when I press to enable it turns white. Maybe that's it for you, too?

Under your mouse settings in control panel, look for "tap to click" and enable that option
