My new compaq 615 laptop does not start?
i bought brand new compaq laptop and when i power on it says i should install so i pressed entet. . .it says windows starting for 1st time and it give me a message that expectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click 'ok' to re start the computer and then re start the installation. . .i tried inserting the disc and check bt how do you install it?

You need to return it to the place you bought it and let them sort it out.
